Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. You will work on various platforms, implementing technology at the operating system-level and performing basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibilities:Expected to be an SME driving automation across the organization Engage with multiple teams and to design solution to meet custom requirements of customer Manage large-scale infrastructures in production environments with multiple applications, servers or cluster Ensure smooth functioning of production and development systems
Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills:Good Scripting experience in any language (PowerShell/Shell/Python etc.) Good administration experience on any platform (Ansible /Cheff/Puppet etc.) Excellent learning ability Strong trouble shooting skills Knowledge of DevOps tool
Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in DevOps This position is based at our Gurugram office A 15 years full time education is required
