Summary:As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code, using cloud formation - a must

Manage and automate configuration management using Puppet.

Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems with Zabbix and Checkmk.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Optimize and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Implement and manage caching solutions using Redis.

Develop scripts and automation tools using Python to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

Ensure security best practices and compliance requirements are met across all environments.

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents as needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:

AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.

3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position.

Proficiency in Puppet, Nagios, Checkmk, Python, GitLab, AWS, and Redis.

Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
