Summary:As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME driving automation across the organization

Engage with multiple teams and to design solution to meet custom requirements of customer

Manage large-scale infrastructures in production environments with multiple applications, servers or cluster

Ensure smooth functioning of production and development systems
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:Good Scripting experience in any language (PowerShell/Shell/Python etc.)

Good administration experience on any platform (Ansible /Cheff/Puppet etc.)

Excellent learning ability

Strong trouble shooting skills

Knowledge of DevOps tool
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in DevOps

This position is based at our Gurugram office

A 15 years full time education is required
