Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing service level agreements, and utilizing tools and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Manage and oversee the successful delivery of assigned programs and projects.

Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure compliance.

Utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to achieve desired outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Experience in delivering projects and programs within defined timelines and budgets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework.

Recommendation:Familiarity with IT service management tools and software. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
