Summary:As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.

Manage contract management and shared service coordination.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.

Ensure high levels of commitment to the strategic agenda.

Provide guidance and support to team members.

Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Change Management, Incident Management, Reporting Analytics.

Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.

Experience in managing and delivering programs and projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based in Bengaluru.
