Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for developing business solutions and structures to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and engaging in key decision-making processes. You will contribute to problem-solving for your immediate team and across multiple teams, providing innovative solutions. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts

Identify and analyze business requirements

Define business solutions and structures

Conduct current state assessments

Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements

Develop business cases and strategies

Ensure alignment of business solutions with organizational goals
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA

Experience with test planning, test design, and test execution

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies

Knowledge of insurance domain

Experience with test automation tools

Understanding of software development life cycle
Additional Information:

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
