Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their integration with other systems. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Identity and Access Management and the ability to apply it effectively in application development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Design, develop, and test applications based on business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable applications.- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and best practices.- Familiarity with SAP authorization objects and roles.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
