Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve overseeing the development process, providing technical guidance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also be involved in mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement in development practices. Key responsibilitiesa :Build Salesforce Lightning Wave Components (LWC)b :Able to troubleshoot with debugging skillsc :Perform Impact analysisd :Design in Salesforce LWC e :Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEXf :Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement Technical responsibilitiesa :Must have at least 1 Salesforce certificationsb :Must have more than 2 years of Salesforce experience c :Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Modeld :Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class Professionala :Must have good communication skillb :Capable of working in client facing rolesEducationa :BE / BTech / Bsc / Other graduation
