Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Key responsibilitiesa :Build Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)b :Able to troubleshoot with debugging skillsc :Perform Impact analysisd :Design in Salesforce LWCe :Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEXf :Can create technical design from Functional design/RequirementTechnical responsibilitiesa :Must have at least 4 Salesforce certifications b :Must have more than 5 years of Salesforce experiencec :Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Modeld :Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test ClassProfessionala :Must have good communication skillb :Capable of working in client facing rolesc :Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources d :Capable of leading a team of 3+ membersEducationa :BE / BTech / Bsc / Other graduation
