Summary:As a Salesforce Lightning Web Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and lead the effort to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Key responsibilitiesa :Build Salesforce Lightning Wave Components (LWC)b :Able to troubleshoot with debugging skillsc :Perform Impact analysisd :Design in Salesforce LWC e :Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX f :Can create technical design from Functional design/RequirementTechnical responsibilitiesa :Must have at least 4 Salesforce certifications b :Must have more than 5 years of Salesforce experience c :Must have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Modeld :Must be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test ClassProfessionala :Must have good communication skillb :Capable of working in client facing rolesc :Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources d :Capable of leading a team of 3+ members
