Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Network ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to design and implement, scalable, and secure network infrastructures for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network technologies, architecture principles, and best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design and implementation of high-performance network solutions aligned with business need. Key Responsibilities:?Lead the design and planning of complex enterprise-level network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud).

Own end-to-end technology programs, including migrations, technology refreshes, performance optimization, and new technology introduction.

Analyze business requirements to develop network solutions that align with organizational goals.

Create network roadmaps and strategic plans to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure.

Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for network projects, managing resources, budgets, and schedules.

Collaborate with and manage technology vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Work with SMEs to integrate network designs with applications, security, and data centers.

Ensure network reliability, scalability, and performance, addressing challenges like bandwidth, latency, and security.

Maintain network diagrams, architecture documentation, and capacity planning reports.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding stakeholders in network-related projects.Technical Skills:Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and reliable networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud) aligned with business goals.Deep knowledge of Cisco products and routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP). Cisco ACI, Extreme Wireless, Cisco SDWAN Skilled in MPLS, VRF, and VPN solutions, Proficient in integrating firewalls, Extreme wireless LAN (WLAN) solutionsProficiency with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python) for efficient network configuration and management.Effective in managing vendors and collaborating with IT, security, and business teams for optimal solutions.Skilled in creating network diagrams, architecture documentation, and capacity planning for efficient operations.Experience in Multi Cloud networking Certifications (preferred):CCNP, CCIE would be an added advantage.


Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
