Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop ABAP programs to meet client requirements.

Debug and troubleshoot issues in ABAP programs.

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP components.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of ABAP development processes and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, Application Troubleshooting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Development Lifecycle Tools, Design Innovation.

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development principles and best practices.

Experience in developing and maintaining ABAP programs.

Intermediate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues in ABAP programs.

Knowledge of ERP systems and integration with ABAP programs.

Familiarity with Development Lifecycle Tools for efficient software development.

Creativity and innovation in designing ERP solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.

This position is based in Pune.

A BE or equivalent degree is required.
