Summary :As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security solutions to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team to achieve project objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.

Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) to ensure successful project execution.

Deliver high-quality security solutions to clients.

Manage a team and provide guidance and support to team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of security services.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with security incident response and management.

Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing security solutions.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security.

Familiarity with security tools and technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
