Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Be instrumental in achieving project success and meeting client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives.

Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
