Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. You will also create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure operational stability by resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components.

Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) to improve system performance.

Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.

Collaborate with vendors to analyze and resolve issues.

Assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Experience in managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and processes.

Experience in using project management tools and software.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
