Summary:As a ServiceNow IT Service Management Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow IT Service Management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Configure and customize ServiceNow IT Service Management applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog Management.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow IT Service Management applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM tools.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow IT Service Management modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog Management.

Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IT Service Management applications.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
