Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications are functioning optimally.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.

Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Configure and customize applications to meet business process requirements.

Perform testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning correctly.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and modules.

Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based in Noida.
