Summary:As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering. You will own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams, and contribute to solution development, growth, and sales. Your typical day will involve overseeing the operations of client deals, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency, leading and managing delivery teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solution development and sales growth.

Oversee the operations of client deals, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency

Lead and manage delivery teams, providing guidance and support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution development and sales growth

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

Experience in managing end-to-end service delivery operations

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions

Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in service delivery
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Delivery

This position is based at our Hyderabad office
