Summary:As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, you will manage end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering. You will own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams. Additionally, you will contribute to solution development, growth, and sales. Your typical day will involve overseeing the operations of client deals, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency, leading and managing delivery teams, and actively participating in solution development and sales efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Manage end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities

Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams

Contribute to solution development, growth, and sales
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Security Risk and Audit Operations

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Risk Management

Strong understanding of security risk and audit operations

Experience in managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities

Ability to ensure service quality and cost efficiency

Leadership skills to effectively manage delivery teams
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Risk and Audit Operations

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
