A Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud Learning
B Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps
C Configure Oracle Cloud Time and Labor to meet client requirements
D Prepare Functional Requirement Documents, Functional Designs
E Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure
Technical Experience
A Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management
B Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning
C Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Learning
D Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Learning
