Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and strong problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Key ResponsibilitiesA Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud PayrollB Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.C Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet client requirements.D Prepare Functional Requirement Documents, Functional and Technical DesignsE Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.Functional ExperienceA Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Time & LaborB Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud PayrollC Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud PayrollD Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Professional ExperienceA Strong written and oral communication skillsB Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members responsible C Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skillsD Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomesE Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.
Educational QualificationA B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
Additional InformationA Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.B Oracle Cloud Payroll Certified candidate is preferred.
