Summary:As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.

Manage contract management and shared service coordination.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.

Ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

Lead and guide the team in achieving project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Security Operations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Security Operations Monitoring.

Strong understanding of network security operations.

Experience in managing and implementing security measures.

Knowledge of security protocols and technologies.

Ability to analyze and resolve security incidents.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations.

This position is based in Bengaluru.
