Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions and achieve desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.

Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Experience in leading and managing complex projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle CC&B implementation.

Recommendation:Familiarity with Oracle CC&B data model and configuration.

Knowledge of utility industry processes and systems.

Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
