SAP FSCD Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities:The primary function of this role is to support the ongoing FS-CD implementation in the system.Serve as subject matter expert for the FS-CD application.Design, develop, improve, test and support enhancements in the system.Create Functional and Technical Design Documents as needed for new functionality.Design solutions, provide out of box solutions to address problem statement.Configure the SAP system per the specifications and perform custom configurations.Provide guidance to Business team, functional teams, testing teams, and other development team members.Ensure industry and technology best practices are followed for development work.Estimate the level of effort/cost of new development work.Provide analysis and troubleshooting on production issues related to FS-CD and its integration points. Experience Required:Minimum 6 years of experience working on Insurance projects, with a focus on SAP FSCD implementations.Hands on experience with configuration of SAP Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD)Good knowledge across all FS-CD Processes like Master data, Postings and documents, Payment plans , Payments, Returns, Direct debit, Disbursements, Clearing, Reversal, Closing operations and Broker collections.Proficient in FS-CD and well-versed in Subledger concepts, including Shadow G/L.Skilled in data migration within FS-CD and experienced in batch testing for the same.Collaborate with SAP functional teams to analyze and test the impact of system modifications when necessary and understanding of integration with FS-CD.At least one end-to-end project lifecycle experience within SAP FS-CD/FICOProven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
