Summary:As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You will be responsible for collaborating and managing the team to perform, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress and address any issues

Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Manufacturing Engineering MES

Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices

Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in the manufacturing industry

Knowledge of industry-specific tools and methods for solution design and delivery

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management and leadership abilities
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation

This position is based in Noida

A B Tech degree is required
