Roles & ResponsibilitiesCapability Lead IAM/ MxDR/ Cloud and AI is responsible for offering development, Delivery, technical build oversight, sales and deployment of security solutions under the capability in collaboration with project teams and close collaborations with the Central IM / Cyber teams. The role will be for the security as a service practice team driving growth and adoption.oManaged security services solutioning and delivery / Asset Development /Sec-As-A service /MSS service design and asset/platform design oExperience with managing Delivery and capability building for IAM/ MxDR/ Cloud and AI cohorts with a strong foundational background in securityoOffering GTM design, pricing, partner evaluation and market developmentoAccountability for sales /solutioning / delivery support of engagements/projects for global clientsoDevelopment and execution of plans to grow the practice – Pipeline, revenue, depth of skills/talent and expertise in offeringsoCollaborate with Leads across practices and in market units to increase the uptake/embedding of offeringsoCreate and modify the Technology Architecture for encompassing client requirements and best practicesoInstitutionalize best practices for Delivery organizations and drive teams to create market relevant offerings oReview and support to shape, strategic sales opportunitiesoMaintain operational rigor for solution development, sales performance oTeam and development management oBe part of the deployment in client engagement as needed oPassion for Hands on work in cybersecurity while being in a lead role
Professional & Technical Skills

14 -20 years Industry experience, predominantly in Cybersecurity, Automation, Client facing solutioning and sales with deep knowledge of IAM/ MxDR/ Cloud and AI security domains

Industry leading certifications- CISSP, CISM, CRISC (Optional)

Executive presence and articulation - to engage with global CISO/client & internal stakeholders

Good communication and articulation on Security topics, with security and non-security stakeholders

Proven experience and career record of managing a practice, accountable for business metrics for growth talent, offerings development and experience in client engagement delivery and active contributor to thought leadership

Conceptualize asset and platform lead business / Partner Solutions

Good understanding of modern technology /Automation/platform architecture

Depth in one or more areas from below:
