Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve software and application issues.

Document client issues and resolutions accurately.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide proactive support.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

Strong understanding of IT support principles.

Experience in troubleshooting software and application issues.

Knowledge of remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.

Familiarity with system monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Graduation degree is required.
