Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and providing efficient support to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services
  • Manage delivery based on operational requirements and service agreement
  • Provide efficient support to the team
  • Contribute to team decisions and engage with multiple teams
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
    Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management
  • Experience in managing and supporting production systems
  • Knowledge of incident management and problem resolution
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management
  • This position is based at our Kolkata office
  • A 15 years full time education is required
