Summary:As a Security Consulting Lead, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. You will assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Your typical day will involve leading the security consulting team, providing guidance and support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective security solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead the security consulting team and provide guidance and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective security solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), UNIX Shell Scripting, Mainframe DevOps.

Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing security solutions.

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards.

Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
