Summary:As a Security Delivery Practitioner, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our systems and protecting sensitive data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing security requirements, implementing security solutions, and conducting security testing. You will also contribute to the development of security policies and procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Assist in defining requirements for security components.

Design and build security components.

Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

Contribute to the development of security policies and procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Security Architecture Design.

Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

Experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions.

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

Familiarity with security technologies and tools.

Ability to analyze and assess security risks.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
