Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Oversee the delivery of services and monitor service level agreements.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Experience in leading and managing complex projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.

This position is based in Mumbai.
