    Summary:Join the Organization Design & Enterprise Performance (OA&EP) team (part of the Office of the COO) as we innovate to:Enhance Internal Process Performance & Effectiveness and Strengthen Governance, consistency and intended outcomes.

    Enterprise Performance Lead:

    This role has a key responsibility to drive all the projects/workstreams and verticals under Enterprise Performance Tower under the OA&EP (Organization Architecture & Enterprise Performance) Team.

    Newly formed Enterprise Performance team is already up and running. This team is primarily focused on evolving and leading the MD Metrics process, which is just a part of its overall scope. The broader vision is to better connect Accentures priorities to accountabilities, roles, and metrics/priorities of our MDs and people, in a globally consistent manner. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with HRs Performance Achievement team to ensure that performance outcomes are aligned with rewards and compensation.

    The lead for this role will be crucial in shaping the full scope of this tower.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Enterprise Performance Visioning
  • Lead and manage the overall functioning and governance of the EP team and oversee the smooth running of the MD metrics annual, monthly and quarterly processes including supporting technologies, reporting & up/downstream integrations
  • Lead visioning/innovation sessions to define and articulate EP/MD Metrics vision in alignment with Accenture's vision
  • Envisage scenarios and strategic options to prepare the Enterprise Performance team for future challenges and opportunities.
  • Bring outside-in perspective of latest trends and technology to foster innovation within the team
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Cross functional Communication
  • Engage with other Corporate Functions (Finance, Sales, Legal, HR), individual MDs, Ops Council/ExCo to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives and governance policies related to EP
  • Communicate the strategic vision and governance policies within the team as well as the broader Accenture community
  • Ensure that governance practices are regularly reviewed and updated to remain relevant and effective
  • DECISION MAKING:
  • Impact & Risk:Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis
  • Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing team deadlines, damaging their teams reputation within Accenture, and damaging Accentures reputation, and may be escalated to a managing director
  • Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area
  • Authority:Expected to contribute to business area decisions
  • SCOPE:
  • Problem Solving:Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and may provide solutions to business area problems
  • Complexity:Provided guidance to help them complete their work on a monthly basis
  • Span:Breadth of responsibilities extends across multiple teams projects/work efforts and may extend across their business area
  • People Management:Directly supervises employees with Enterprise Performance tower.
  • Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with HR, sales and financial metrics
  • Knowledge of System Development and integration
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles.
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals.
  • Required Skills:

    Min 12-20 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture.

    Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience, and act in an advisory role in meetings


    Additional Information:


    Flexible work hours matching European Shift. To be available at least till:

    12:00 PM EST (India)


    Qualifications


    Experience:Minimum of 12 to 20 years of experience for Associate Director of doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture.

    Breadth of Knowledge:

    Expected to be knowledgeable about the work performed by their immediate team, teams they collaborate with, and work performed across their business area
