About Us:
Academically Global, an Australian healthcare EdTech, is on a mission to empower medical professionals worldwide by helping them advance their careers abroad. With over 3,000 healthcare professionals impacted and operations spanning 75 countries, we re looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to take our brand to new heights.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and researching potential influencers: Find and assess influencers in healthcare professions (doctors, pharmacists, medical lab technicians, nurses, dentists, and others) who align with our brand.
  • Developing influencer marketing strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing plans that align with the company s goals.
  • Building relationships with influencers: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers via social media, email, and phone.
  • Negotiating influencer partnerships: Handle negotiations with influencers, including compensation, content deliverables, and campaign goals.
  • Coordinating influencer campaigns: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, scheduling posts, and tracking performance.
  • Measuring campaign success: Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, focusing on engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with marketing, social media teams, and leadership to ensure influencer campaigns align with overall strategy.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends: Keep up with the latest influencer marketing trends to optimize current campaigns and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • UG/PG degree in Healthcare or marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing, digital content, or social media.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and YouTube.
  • Freshers with a background in digital marketing or content creation are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build processes from scratch.
  • Start-up experience preferred but not required.
  • High attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a healthcare EdTech start-up environment with minimal supervision.
Expectations from the Candidate:
  • Versatile Content Creation: Apart from managing influencer marketing, the candidate should be able to create engaging video content when needed. This includes conceptualizing, filming, and editing videos that align with the brand s goals.
  • Proactive Approach: Be a self-starter who takes initiative in identifying new influencer opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and producing high-quality video content that drives engagement.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: Combine creativity with strategic marketing skills to deliver influencer campaigns that resonate with the target audience while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and other teams to ensure all influencer and video content initiatives are in sync with the broader company strategy.
  • Adaptability: Be ready to juggle influencer marketing responsibilities and video content creation based on the campaign s needs and the company s objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new trends in influencer marketing and video production, adapting strategies as needed to stay ahead in a competitive digital landscape.
