Marketing Manager
Abzer is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and expand our marketing operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic communications for companies SaaS platforms and other products & services.
Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities and drive product demand.
• Brand Management: Oversee and enhance the company's brand presence across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our global brand strategy. Develop brand guidelines and ensure all external communications adhere to these standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage the marketing team, setting objectives and KPIs, and providing mentorship to ensure high performance and career growth.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, etc.), ensuring they are effective, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
• Content Creation: Lead the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and standards. Materials include brochures, blogs, press releases, and digital content.
• Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Adapt marketing strategies based on research and analysis.
• Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spend to achieve the best possible ROI.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding marketing activities. Ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the strategic objectives of the company.
• Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest trends in marketing and technology, particularly within the SaaS industry, and adapt strategies to leverage cutting-edge developments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Must have Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within the technology or SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and strong brand management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to inform effective decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring teams and collaborating with senior management.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, and marketing analytics tools
