• Saturdays: Half-day, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Education Qualification Required:

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Core Responsibilities and Skills:

1. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and drive brand growth.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and ensure continuous improvement.
2. Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media executives, content creators, and designers to deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill team members and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
3. Campaign Oversight:
• Plan, allocate, and manage budgets for paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Review and approve content, creative assets, and campaign plans to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
4. Paid Ads Expertise:
• Key Requirement: Hands-on experience with paid ads, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future strategies.
• Create, optimize, and analyze ad campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies or consultants to scale social media initiatives as needed.
6. Innovation and Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in social media campaigns.
• Experiment with new formats, platforms, and techniques to enhance engagement and audience reach.
7. Community Management:

• Oversee interactions, comments, and direct messages across platforms to build a positive and engaging online community.
• Address audience queries and concerns promptly to maintain brand reputation.

1. Content Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and oversee the execution of content strategies tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
• Manage a content calendar to schedule and track posts, ensuring timely and relevant updates.

Remuneration:

• ₹4.8 LPA to ₹5.4 LPA (in hand)
• Performance based Incentive
