• Monday To Friday: 10 a.m. To 7 p.m.
• Saturday: 10 a.m. To 2 p.m. (Half-Day)

Educational Qualification Required:
Pursuing or completed a graduate or post-graduate degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Core Responsibilities & Skills:

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Assist in creating, curating and scheduling engaging posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Campaign Support:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring basic paid ad campaigns under supervision.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor comments, messages and interactions on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Identify opportunities for community engagement and growth.

Research & Strategy:

• Conduct basic research on social media trends, hashtags and audience preferences.
• Suggest content ideas based on trending topics or viral formats.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track basic social media metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite or built-in platform analytics.
• Prepare simple weekly performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the content and design teams to align social media posts with ongoing campaigns.
• Share ideas and contribute to team discussions on social media strategies.

Tools Proficiency:

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools for creating posts.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
• Interest in developing AI tools such as ChatGPT skills for content generation.

Remuneration:

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
