Social Media Executive/Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our brands online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content through reels, etc that drives brand awareness and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities-

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create reels and be comfortable appearing on camera. Also, create and curate engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

Community Management:

• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with followers and build an active community around the brand.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation across social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and paid promotions.
• Align campaigns with broader marketing efforts to ensure consistency in messaging.

Research & Trends:

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
