Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for our portfolio of restaurant clients. Your goal will be to enhance their online presence, engage customers, and drive revenue growth through effective digital marketing campaigns.

Abmiro, a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) based product company headquartered in Pune, India, is seeking senior tech roles for its product Postree (www.postree.ie). We have an onsite office in Ireland, and we are growing aggressively and looking for talented people who want to make a real difference.

Postree - Restaurant Software Suite - is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the restaurant industry. Our mission is to help restaurants streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth through cutting-edge technology. We are proud to serve over 200+ restaurants, providing them with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each restaurant client's needs and objectives.
    • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy development.

2. Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

3. Content Creation:

    • Oversee creating engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.

4. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple restaurant clients, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high engagement.
    • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. SEO & SEM:

    • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
    • Plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve targeted ROI.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

    • Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

7. Client Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service.
    • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

8. Team Leadership:

    • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve the teams capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
