Manage day-to-day operations of Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager and other leading Ads platforms.
Measure and analyse campaign performance to support continuous optimization efforts to generate leads
Tactical campaign development including keyword discovery, bid strategy execution and budget management.
Develop forward-thinking, data-driven account analysis and clear recommendations that align with team goals.
Own cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale optimization focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROI.
Determine and execute testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and modelling requirements, to ensure full impact and efficiency of channel efforts.
Daily and weekly reporting and communication regarding campaign development, timelines, analysis, and results.
Develop quarterly and annual strategies designed to maximize leads
Specific Skills:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
4+ yearsâ experience with PPC and social media marketing
Familiarity with WordPress
Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing
Advanced Knowledge of the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn advertising platforms
Proven experience with paid ad campaigns and promotions on social media
Strong creative aptitude, including a keen eye for design and copywriting
Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
