Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Management: Coordinate employee travel, including flights, transport, and expenses.
• Hotel Booking: Arrange hotel accommodations and negotiate rates.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain vendor relationships, manage contracts, and monitor service quality.
• AMCs: Oversee and renew AMCs for office equipment and services.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain office supplies.

Requirements:

• Experience in travel, hotel booking, vendor management, and AMCs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
