SuperSeva is hiring for Travel Help desk for one of its renowned MNC client.

Job description:

Designation: Travel help desk

Salary package: Upto 38,000 CTC per month

Shift timings: Rotational shift ( 9.00AM - 6.00PM, 11.00AM - 10.00PM, 10.00PM - 7.00AM)

Working days: 6 days working ( Saturday or Sunday is off)

Preferred candidates: Male

Working mode: In- office

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight, train, and hotel reservations efficiently.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and modifications.
• Address and resolve customer queries related to travel arrangements.
• Provide support for visa processing, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and transactions.
• Offer cost-effective travel solutions while maintaining quality service.
• Ensure adherence to travel policies and company guidelines.
• Stay updated with travel regulations, airline policies, and hotel industry trends.
