Job Description: We are seeking motivated and qualified candidates for the role of HR Delivery Operations with a focus on Onboarding and HR Operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in HR Ops, particularly with onboarding processes and contract-to-hire procedures. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR operations, with a special focus on onboarding processes for new hires.

Work closely with the hiring and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely contract-to-hire processes.

Communicate effectively with candidates to address any queries and ensure a seamless joining experience.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Maintain accurate records and data related to onboarding and contract-to-hire.

Address issues and assist with onboarding documentation and process flow.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, especially Onboarding.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

Understanding of HR processes related to onboarding and contract-to-hire.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate (any discipline).

Work Schedule:

Working Days: 5 days a week (2 Days WFH)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Shift Timings:

7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Two Waycab)

Eligibility:

Immediate joiners preferred.

Notice Period: Immediate availability required.

Onboarding Date: Expected within a week of selection.
