SuperSeva is hiring for Transport Command Center Executive for one of its renowned MNC client.

Job description:

Designation: Transport Command Center Executive

Salary package: Upto 33,000 CTC per month

Shift timings: Rotational shift ( 7.00AM - 3.00PM, 11.00AM - 10.00PM, 10.00PM - 7.00AM)

Working days: 6 days working ( Saturday or Sunday is off)

Preferred candidates: Male

Working mode: In- office

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee Employee Transport Response/Command Centre operations during designated shifts.
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls, handling escalations as needed.
• Support the team to ensure adherence to established SOPs and guidelines.
• Monitor the Security Alerts dashboard for timely alarm responses within SLA, initiating escalations when necessary.
• Manage email correspondence to ensure timely resolution of tracking system tickets.
• Ensure all incidents are addressed per SOPs and reported promptly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth Response/Command Centre operations.
• Review and prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and MIS for timely dissemination.
• Assist the ET Operations team during Business Continuity Planning (BCP), accidents, or incidents as needed.
• Enforce compliance with the Safe Reach confirmation guideline at applicable locations.
• Maintain strong communication with the Security Control Centre for high situational awareness.
