SuperSeva is hiring for Transport Coordinator for one of its renowned MNC client.

Job description:

Designation: Transport Coordinator

Salary package: Upto 33,000 CTC per month

Shift timings: Rotational shift ( 9.00AM - 6.00PM, 11.00AM - 10.00PM, 10.00PM - 7.00AM)

Working days: 6 days working ( Saturday or Sunday is off)

Preferred candidates: Male

Working mode: In- office

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Assist supervisors with transportation issues in their absence.

* Maintain On-Time Arrival (OTA) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics.

* Support data entry in TMS, MS Excel, and emailing.

* Update and track information for internal managers.

* Coordinate communications via phone, email, and other platforms.

* Perform advanced MS Excel tasks (VLOOKUP, IF formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

* Coordinate transportation services for employees, clients, and guests.

* Plan and schedule transportation routes based on requirements.

* Communicate details to drivers and passengers.

* Monitor operations for compliance with schedules and safety regulations.

* Resolve transportation-related issues promptly.

* Maintain records of transportation activities, including logs and maintenance.

* Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery.

* Prepare reports on transportation performance and costs.
