Superseva is hiring for Helpdesk Executive for its MNC client.
Exp:- 2-4 Years
Location :- Building 11, SEZ Cessna Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli Village, Varthur Hobli, Outer Ring Rd, Bengaluru, 560087
Salary :- 25,000 take home per month : 30,000 CTC per month
Shift:- Rotational Shift
Working days : 6 days working in a week
Payroll: Superseva Global Services
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Provide front-line support and assistance to users via various communication channels such as phone,
email, or chat.
Respond promptly to user inquiries, technical issues, and service requests.
The Advance Excel Knowledge is a must.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems reported by users and provide timely resolution or escalation.
Document all interactions with users, including details of issues reported and actions taken for
resolution.
Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions to resolve issues
independently.
Collaborate with other support teams or technical experts to resolve complex issues and escalate
unresolved problems as necessary.
Stay updated on product updates, enhancements, and new features to provide accurate information
to users.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to improve help desk performance
and customer satisfaction.
