Role & responsibilities
Provide expert technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and business applications.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Configure and debug desktop programs.
- Ensure seamless Local Area Network (LAN) operations.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Preferred candidate profile
Proficient in:
Windows Professional OS (XP-10)
Microsoft Office (all versions)
- Internet Explorer
- Business applications
TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
