Help Desk- Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for sales teams across India seeking assistance with Genio (Internal Sales App) via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
• Arrange and make necessary provisions in software for contract entries by the Pan India Sales Team.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant questioning.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue details provided by the sales personnel.
• Guide sales personnel through the problem-solving process.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Provide accurate information regarding Genio products and services.
• Log events, problems, and their resolutions systematically.
• Follow up and update user status and information.
• Communicate sales team feedback and suggestions to the appropriate internal teams.

Identify and suggest possible improvements in software functionality and operational procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• User-oriented and patient problem-solving approach.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar profile.
