Salary Package: Up to ₹43,000 CTC per month

About the Company:
SuperSeva is hiring for Soft Services Executive for one of our renowned MNC client. We are seeking a highly motivated Soft Services Executive to manage the buildings soft services operations, ensuring smooth facilities management and a conducive environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day soft services operations for the facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall facility upkeep.
Supervise and coordinate a team of service workers, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and maintaining quality of work.
Handle the maintenance and management of stock inventory for building operations, ensuring timely re-ordering and monitoring of consumables.
Ensure proper coordination for events, seminars, and other corporate functions held at the facility.
Manage a large number of employees (3000+) and ensure their requirements and needs are addressed effectively.
Prepare regular reports on soft services operations, including operational efficiency, employee performance, and service worker status.
Generate PowerPoint presentations for key meetings, management updates, and corporate events.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for health and safety standards within the building.
Maintain smooth coordination between various teams to support the overall operations of the facility.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in handling soft services operations in an MNC environment, particularly in a facility department.
Proven experience in managing large teams of service workers (3000+ employees).
Strong understanding of stock management, maintenance procedures, and vendor coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Experience in creating reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with employees, service workers, and vendors.
Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline (preferably in Facility Management or related field).e
