The General Manager (GM) will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, business activities, and overall performance of the organization. The GM is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring efficient operations, and implementing strategic objectives to achieve growth and enhance business performance. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across departments.
  • Define operational plans and align them with organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Provide leadership in decision-making processes and ensure alignment with company vision.

• Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance across different functions (e.g., sales, marketing, production, finance).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

• Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Control costs and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals.
  • Make recommendations for pricing strategies, cost reductions, and investment opportunities.

• Team Management & Development:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage senior staff and department heads.
  • Develop and implement employee performance reviews and feedback systems.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration and high morale.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and ensure a healthy work environment.

• Customer & Client Relations:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services that meet customer needs.
