Team Management & Development:

1. Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
2. Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
3. Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement:

1. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
